Refund and Return Policy

At Waifu PRs, we take pride in delivering high-quality stickers that help you SEEK GLORY & ACHIEVE GREATNESS and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you find yourself not satisfied with your order upon receiving it, please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or refunds for the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the stickers arrive damaged or defective due to our error or during transit.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item or an incomplete order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Customized or personalized stickers.
- Stickers that have been used, removed from their backing, or altered.
3. Return/Refund Process
To request a return or refund:
- Contact our customer service team at waifuprs.official@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item (if applicable).
4. Shipping for Returns
- For eligible returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
